Our Traditional loan programs encompass the majority of borrowers. We have great flexibility on our Government mortgages (FHA, VA, & USDA), with the ability to accommodate credit scores as low as 550.
These mortgages generally offer great rates and terms for the most credit-qualified borrowers. However, even for those with some credit blemishes, we can arrange Conventional mortgages down to 620 credit score. You have the option to have the lender pay some or all of your closing costs.
FHA, VA, & USDA Mortgages
These Government-backed mortgages generally have lower down payment requirements and much greater credit flexibility than Conventional mortgages. VA & USDA mortgages usually require no down payment at all. We can arrange Government-backed mortgages down to 550 credit score. Borrowers have the option to have the lender pay some or all of the closing costs, leaving you to only worry about the down payment.
