Non-Prime Jumbo mortgages offer the greatest flexibility. As little as 15% down is required for loans up to $2,000,000. Credit scores may be as low as 500, but loan amounts above $750,000 require a 550 credit score and loan amounts above $1,000,000 require a 600 credit score. Previous Short Sale, Bankruptcy or Foreclosure are allowed as long as they have been completed. There are no waiting timeframes for these events.
